$17.50 /hr.
Job Description:
Respond to customer inquires regarding products, lead times, order status and shipments via phone, mail or email
Answer incoming phone calls and routes to correct party
Prepare, enter and update sales orders, quotations and delivery notices in the company system
Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
Communicate with sales, technical, shipping or administrative staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Perform other duties as requested by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-3 years of Clerical experience in a Customer Service or Sales field
