The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local company to add a temporary Receptionist to their team. This position is expected to last 2 weeks, but pending performance and their need- this role does have the potential to be long term, temp to hire.
MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage calendar appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing office equipment and supplies.
- Assist with various office management tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
QUALIFIFCATIONS
- 2+ Years experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in calendar management and time management techniques.
- Excellent computer literacy with experience in office software applications.PAY: $17-$18/hour
SCHEDULE:
- Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
- 2 Weeks up to temp to hire
